The following
payment options are available: online credit card payment or wire transfer.
The participation fee for the conference dinner is included in the price, but we kindly ask you to register separately for the conference dinner to avoid food waste.
The event location is not generally barrier-free. Please contact the local organizing team sbhd-2026@sbhdboston.org if you need special support.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your participation before April 18, 2026 there will be no cancellation fee charged.
If you cancel your participation after April 19, 2026 and before May 16, 2026 a 50 %
cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel your participation later than May 16, 2026 the
full conference fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
